Should be fixed, server drive was full and had some malformed files from udpate.

getting all kinds of quirky stuff now....sounds for when people spawn and despawn.... announcement across screen.... idk maybe I ll give up on this for beta working as intended on live.

Do

/plugin mq2tooltip unload
/plugin mq2targets unload
/plugin mq2cecho unload

There is quite a few plugins loaded as default that do the announcements/spawn/despawn stuff. Unloading those should make it feel more vanilla.

It does that automatically when you unload them (updates the ini file).

Thats not GINA. That's an MQ2 plugin (Chatfilter, I think?) doing that.
