I think willbunk is on the right track here. Think outside the box. The best revenge is the revenge he doesn't know you did.
Do something to his house or car. Screw up his relationship with his g/f or wife. Write threatening mail to people addressed from him.
There is a very thin line to cross. Anybody can punch someone, that isn't going to solve the problem forever. Beat him with mind games.
To be fair. It takes the bigger man to walk away. But i still say whack him one. He wont press charges.
If you were to walk upto a stranger and lay into them. That would get you fucked.
Some guy thats been taunting / winding you up for X amount of time, he's going to know he deserved it.
The question you have to ask is, is his attitude intentional? or is he just a dick.
There are alot of people that go out of their way to be annoying. Others are just annoying unintentionally. If its the former, kick his head in. If its the latter, speak to him. As people always say, Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one, and they all stink. All we can do is tell you what WE would do in the situation. Dont just grab any idea from here, end of the day, it is your life this affects.
The mind games comments would work wanders too, Pay some shemales to go visit him, send him flowers at home from a mystery girl, forward dodgy porn to his address under his name, throw some tacks under his car tyres, superglue in the keyhole, baseball through the window. Be imaginitive, but it has to be something yuou can say " Musta been some kids"

If you fuck with him make sure he knows its you. Nothing worse then someone that hides in the corners like a chicken shit. If he bothers you do something about it. Making sure he knows it was you or you are no better then him.

LOL, this is probably the liveliest debate I've ever seen on these forums.
I can't really avoid this guy as he works as a gopher at the club where I do sound. This dumbass was moshing at a stupid pop punk show (who does that?) and split my girlfriend's lip (she wasn't standing anywhere near the mosh pit, but this guy is pretty fucking fat and he was careening into everyone at full tilt). I calmly asked him to apologize to her and he started threatening me. Ever since he's been bragging to everyone at the venue how he could lay me out. I came to him about it and he threatened me again and he makes sarcastic, vaguely threatening comments every time I see him. Also, my girlfriend doesn't feel comfortable coming by my work anymore as a result.
The way he talks to me, I'm pretty sure no judge would put me in jail for popping him once good. And there isn't a chance he'd come back on it. I know for a fact he's never been in a real fight in his life and he's never really been hit. I could hit him once in the mouth, make him bleed, and he'd never talk shit again.
That said, I've gone to the club's owner and talked to him about it and it looks like this dude is gonna get fired, so if that does the trick I'll leave it at that. But if he shows up after getting fired to threaten me again, I'm going to hit him. I just can't decide whether to go for the teeth, jaw, or nose. I want to hit him really fucking hard, but I don't want to break his nose or jaw. I also don't don't want to cut my hand. Maybe I'll just hit him in the stomach and knock the wind out of him.

If you really wanted to do something you would have(if standing up for your girls honor was that important), at this point he is acting the fool join in. He is moshing just catch him with an elbow to the nose(its a mosh pit after all).
Seeking legal advice for assault on someone that works at the same place you are is pretty silly as regardless of criminal charges you are likely to be told fuck off don't come back.
If you are stupid enough to get into a fight at work, might as well go for the kidneys make him piss blood for a few days. But the way you talk doesn't sound like you have been in many real fights. You should never prejudge someone going into one, it could be your first and only mistake.

lol wow im fucking cracking up reading this shit. Just take your index and middle finger and jab him right under his adam's apple in the neck. Its self defense taught in the police academy. Very unlikely to leave any marks and he will be down for the count.
I've been in a shitton of fights, unfortunately. My parents shipped me off when I was 15, so I had to learn to stick up for myself pretty early.
I did stick up for my lady when it happened, but to tell the truth I was mostly just shocked about the way he was acting. I was asking myself if the guy was just mentally unstable or what. But now that he's kept it up, well, I'm a little less cautious about how I approach him.
Anyway, I got a call that he'll be let go tomorrow because they're obviously worried that if someone that works for their club goes around busting girls in the mouth, they'll get hit with a lawsuit.
If he comes around again I'll take care of him.
