Green/Red Highlight on a Item

When you view a link of a item, if it has your class/race on it, it comes up green. If it says All/All it comes up green. If the item is NOT for your class, all the classes come up red. Is there anyway to turn that feature off? Today I took some loot screen shots, posted on my boards, then it hit me. Hrm, people may wonder why my class is showing green on link. Would be cool if there was a toggle for it or just a way to toss that feature.
