Gaming PC

Price has come down alot on the Yamakasi now that the hype has settled down, they were going for $400 shipped about 4 months ago, now back down $300.

I am considering these myself, but its gamble between dead pixels, accidental breakage on shipping (you have to pay shipping cost back if you need to return it).

Also the power connector is not US type fyi, you'll have added cost for plugs etc, so add that to your total cost of the monitor.

Oh ya, warranty issue/return too if something goes wrong, its a gamble for the super cheap price.

My dilemma of dream future build - 20"x30"(u3011)x20" or the 3 x 27" catleaps..... or wait another year for 4k monitors, extra real estate is so nice to have

Also, if you have a Microcenter nearby, they have a 2560x1400 for $400 + tax. I'm not sure if that is IPS though, but $100 more than the catleaps from a US seller with good return policy/warranty hard to beat!
