Paypal opens in 3 hours, I will be calling them to see if there's some voodoo magic involved that prevented me from getting any notice that you cancelled the complaint or it showing as a cancelled complaint.

Either way you were still on the site all day yesterday, reading PMs, browsing the forums, all long after I had already sent you an email and PM here asking what was going on.

No one in this situation is wrong but you. Stop trying to paint yourself as anything other than wrong. Your BEST CASE scenario is that you bought my kronos under your wife's account without telling her, she disputed the claim, then you spent an entire day avoiding responding to someone that you had every chance to. And instead of going "Oh shit I know how this looks I'm super sorry guys!!!" you instead try to whine like you're the one who was wronged? Spare me.

He's now sending PMs but for transparency I am putting this here, I have requested he return the kronos until this is handled. I will be calling Paypal in 2 1/2 hours (when they open) to ask them if they have any record of him trying to close it. If they do and this is settled the kronos will be returned to him.

I love you guys, but I've had way too many private messages about this (Up to 18 in last 24 hours). There is nothing that can be done until paypal rules on the unauthorized access request. Dixxon even sent me his paypal details to log in and check his paypal account to show he had cancelled the request, which really I don't want to be doing unless truly needed, but I think that is pretty solid evidence he has cancelled it.

Just wait for paypal to stop dragging there feet and this should be resolved.

While I agree it was a little early to flame, a few hours of lurking on forums and no response is why this got blown out of hand. When you getting scammed it happens fast and its over. You acted as a typical scammer would, being why it rolled out like this.

Surprise, surprise, Paypal CSR has no sign that he has tried to close it. It's so painfully fucking obvious what he's attempting to do here. He's waiting to see if Paypal sides with me, in which case he will say "it's because I cancelled it!" and thinks that clears it up.

Which Fry seems to think does as well and not only is it ridiculous but also completely hypocritical. I've had two girlfriends spend thousands of dollars combined on ourplat and he wouldn't be having this attitude if even a fraction of the amount of shit this guy is slinging had happened.

Fry you PM'd me about this offering to help, I didn't PM you. The only person you've actually helped is HIM when he asked you to change the thread title for him. You've had several people now tell you all you had to do was look to see his activity when this went down and you've failed to even do that. I posted screenshots showing he was bullshitting the whole time, you've ignored that too.

Here's all the logs so everyone can see you're choosing to act ignorant on the matter because you know I've already unsubscribed and you're willing to risk this guy scamming other members because you want that sub money.

Any info you can pass along will only be used for the Paypal investigation team, not going to cyber stalk this guy threatening to kill him or anything.

My response much later after I posted several screenshots showing Dixxon was in PM's and browsing the forums for hours after I sent him a PM with the subject of the PM literally being "Scammer".

Oh incase you don't read the thread you may want to look into that referral of his is, I'm not positive it only showed up today but I didn't notice it until an hour ago. May just be referring himself. Not asking for you to send me any info about that referral just giving heads up on what could be a future problem.

This is the response Dixxon sent Fry. As you can tell it has several outright lies which my screenshots show and is filled to the brim full of financial innuendos/appeals. As soon as he got the message he contacted me? You could spend 5 fucking minutes on the ACP to see that's a lie, he avoided me for half a day, and only responded to this because it got on the front page. You could look at the screenshots I took, you can commune with Ray Charles' ghost because even he can see what the fuck is going down here.

And through either complete incompetence or complicity Fry decides to change the thread title for him and then move the field posts to "if Paypal sides with you then it means he's not a scammer". Fuck you.

And just to drive the point home even more, here is Dixxon's activity for the next 1 1/2 hours after I sent this PM to him about returning the kronos until I receive the money I was already supposed to have for them.

And this is my final post as I log out from here forever, but I just wanted to point out the general implausibility of his original story. He says in his PM to Fry that he has bought things here before and it was his WIFE who filed the claim.

Every paypal I've ever used has been my girlfriend's, the paypal I used to get his payment is my girlfriend's, the paypal I payed mmobugs with is my girlfriend's, do you know what's never happened using it? Her filing a fucking fraud charge about a game she knows I play and we don't even live together, much less being married.

I have lost plenty of money from here in the past and we not talking $70 but more or less few thousand from accounts being gank back to eq rollback and losing plat.

Some people it is not that easy to just respond back and could be multiple reasons for it.

1)Checking on their phone, sometimes not easy to respond
2) person could be at work, not checking it often but when they can.

Paypal is slow and we ALL know it. Their process takes 3-5 days sometimes. If he did the chargeback and it was a mistake to cancel it, it is kinda hard. I actually looked at the paypal site and its not easy to cancel it and it has to be reviewed by paypal.

Crucifying the guy on open boards because he paypal wont release the funds is not helping. Can the guy push paypal... No he can't sometimes its waiting for paypal to catch up to put the transaction in.

Giving it a few days was not going to hurt him but to work with paypal on it.

Call Center Jobs... some don't allow access to email or allow phones on the floor
Govt Jobs... Some don't allow you to bring your phone in the building and have to keep it in your car or lock it in the lockbox at the entrance.
