Are you using any speed enhancements like wickedspeed or mmobugsspeed? Or are you using the docrack [preventspeed]. Also you might try using [hiderun] docrack. With that docrack enanbled you will no longer need to hit sneak (in fact I remember removing sneak from RH for a version I used to use...

Check Plugin WickedSpeed too. I used to have it check if it was on or not. Was written a LONG time ago.

GHU is what you are refering to, it requires PERMEDIT to be able to work. It also has INI convert to convert mq2docrack.ini into ghu.hak, and also permedit. Just in case anyone else wants a decent copy it is here. Although not sure this works with 64 bit.

That was what started the ball rolling for me to coming here. Used that method then it got nerfed. Was fun while it lasted.
