Warp/Speed not working? Editted the ini already

As the title states, it seems speed and warp are not working for me. I ahve already editted my .ini file to enable active hacks, and I can't seem to get them to work despite restarting MQ, etc. Any help please? Yes I know the risk, no I do not care.

adressed here, they actually disabled that for now, even tho you can stll make a compile yourself.

active hacks are only disabled on ragefire, they are still open on live servers.
