Anyway, in all seriousness, during my heavy playtime days on Zek when I actually spent enough time in-game that I knew most of the people I played with to some personal degree, I was acquainted with two guys had gone to jail for beating someone up over an EQ issue. Both were actually very good PvPers, so they couldn't be totally braindead. Just no common sense, I guess.

Sometimes. Or their post count is adjusted. Or not...

Depends, on the user, their membership length, any number of items. The 10 is just a starting point.

The mods/admins do review that info when checking a for sale post to validate.

Yep. Every single time I've gone to jail over an EQ account it's been totally worth it.
