Response to Petition to Unban Account

Anybody tried this lately? A buddy of mine submitted a petition 2 weeks ago and has not been able to get even a response to his update requests since the submission.

freind of mine petitioned for an old monk he had gotten banned 2 years ago. he subbmitted the petition in the first part of sept. and around the middle of oct. they sent him an email stating it was released with nothing being said between that time.

EQ CS has really gone downhill. Before, they would respond to inquiries/requests within 24 hours and I got accounts unbanned within a week of my request for the petition form.

I guess that he will just have to wait for them to get around to it.

I had 3 characters banned on may 29 2008 from doing the naggy missions. I happened to look and my mage was unbanned but my other 2 are still banned. I have tried several times to get my characters unbanned and was alwas told they wont. and now 1 of them is. I never even asked about this one and yet they did it kinda cool atleast.
