Plugin: MQ2LogOutClick

Ok, threw this together to give the option to automatically respond to the log out confirmation dialog SOE added last patch, if you try to log in from another session on the same account.

/lcc - Help (this screen)
/lcc status - Shows plugin state.
/lcc off - Turns plugin off.
/lcc yes - Turns plugin on, with default click on Yes button.
/lcc no - Turns plugin on, with default click on No button.
/lcc save - Saves the current options as login defaults for *this char only*.

Example INI (can be created in game by setting status option and then doing /lcc save):

[Settings_saryrn_Bubba]
Active=yes
ClickNo=yes

Defaults for new INI creation:
Active=no
ClickNo=yes
