Question NPC Names showing what looks like code

So, I'm running in to an odd issue with NPC names currently. Every single one shows as the following:

I get it on both my Windows 10 desktop and Win 8.1 laptop, and it first started happening about 2 weeks ago. When I target an NPC, it shows the correct name without issue. Additionally, when I don't run MQ2, I don't get this issue.

I have no clue what could be causing it. Does anyone have any recommendations?

There is a section called [Captions] under MacroQuest.ini, that will change the way npc's name showing.

Backup you original Macroquest.ini and re run patch you should be gtg.

That did the trick! Thanks so much KingArthur! I spent countless hours thinking it was plugin related, and finally narrowed it down to 3 suspects and none of them were making sense lol.
