This version is for sure not chain casting on my bard as i actually logged in and clicked it on and off manually to make sure things were good. So let me know~

I have recently started using mq2bot and it's awesome so far. However, my SK is not meleeing the mobs. He will cast all of the agro abilities just fine, but he will not attack them with his weapon. Any idea what may be causing this?
 
Try changing the MeleeAt setting in your server_toon name .ini file under the [MQ2Bot] section. My guess is that it's set to zero.
 
Make sure /stickrange in your mq2melee toonname ini file is set to stickrange 60 or in game /melee stickrange 60 save.

Pete - thanks for the fix on pet summoning. Worked great.

While we are on the subject of stick/melee: my ranger tends to sometimes swing around a lot in battle. I don't use MQ2bot on him; I run him myself but do use Mq2melee. Is there a setting I need to adjust on mq2melee to keep him from do those wild swings around the target mob?

that version crashed me as soon as i /bot on, deleted and went back to live version for now untll you fix gets pushed to live

idk. i posted the source code for htw so he can debug it. so let it crash on you and submit it to him.
 
Pete, just a simple question as I gotta learn this eventually: can I use the inis generated from the Bot macro unchanged, are tweaks required, or do I have to make a whole new one?

this is not bot macro
 
Ok, so in the INI I have /meleeat=1 now and Stickrange=60 and the shadowknight is still only casting agro spells but not attacking with melee at all. Any other suggestions on what I can try to tweak?
 
Eqman - I've had some success Unloading & re-loading Mq2melee.

meleeat=HP%, your SK won't turn attack on until the mob is at 1%, you want to change it to MeleeAt=100
