Recently submitted a petition to move from DRo to Zek on same account. They sent me the form asking for all my info. Submitted info, got response saying they can't move characters from PvE to PvP.

No crap, the only exclusion I've known is FV to anything else. I'd say try again, or call in, or both.

Online system can only be used once per 6 month period per character. If youve xfered the character via online system in the past 6 months, the only way to xfer again is via petition.

I'm not sure how they determine whether or not they will allow you the transfer via petition, I've never had to do one personally, but I know that's how others have to do it.

Called. They confirmed that they DO offer movelogs TO AND FROM Zek and put it through.
