Hey all,
My 3-4 year old duo core is finally going tits up (slowly, and painfully). Boot times are getting longer, the time it works is getting shorter, newer programs like Starcraft II sometimes load, but mostly just hang and freeze... so I'm in the market for a new computer. I'm not as tech savvy as some folks who can just buy a shitload of great components, throw them all together, and make it work... I have the basics, but if you asked me to flash my bios I'd look at you with a deer-in-the-headlights look and then google it on my good comp.
Here's what I'm thinking about picking up from cyperpowerpc.com... Let me know what you guys think. I'm essentially buying it as a gaming computer (I box 3-4 toons at a time on my current comp... hopefully I'd be able to expand that to 6 or so with something like this... full settings in EQ).
It's also priced at $2418.00 as it is below.
Thanks for the input.
