Well I had my first attempts at making all of the osmium templates tonight, but cannot find what all is needed to make the dark elf dreadguard cultural armor, the extravagant ones? Anybody know what all it needs?

mold for slot/osmium template/coal/racial ore/shimmering loam let me tell you save up the loams and do a run of full set at once buy a 100pct salavage potion the trivals are all over 550 i failed about 64 attempts at max aa/skill/trophy just makeing 1 full set

Believe you need level 90 to make it!

No a bright note, had 3 shimmering loans and only failed 1 combine!!!

Nope. I made my set at lvl 87 or 88.

*edit* You do need to ensure you've scribed all the books from PoK and have done your race's quest in whatever home city your race hails from (to get the molds).
