maybe i was drunk, but i heard this dude in vent ranting about some site where you could exchange your accounts and/or currency for some digital currency (but not bitcoins) and then use that currency to purchase other currency and or accounts.
i confused myself with that paragraph ...
i go to site_a. i sell site_a my eq accounts. i get 100 bazinga coins. i can now shop on site_a for wow gold or hello kitty online accounts and pay with bazinga coins.
it basically functions as a middleman for people interested in another layer of protection, or for someone who wants to sell an insane number of accounts at once.
