I am currently using the UF Emu build.
I find if I AFK macro for any extended duration on one machine, I tend to get the "You have been logged out" message from MQ2, and it unloads from all loaded instances.

What are the situations where that would be triggered in mmoloader.exe?

It's not losing connectivity at all (still logged into emu server)
It's not crashing the client.

Just logging out (and subsequently getting me killed)

I'd be interested to know under what conditions that occurs as well.

I'm curious as well because I can't seem to log back in.

MMO Loader says logged in, premium, etc.. but /mmostatus gives me

You are not logged in. (None)(PB: Failed 0x01)
Your account status is: not logged in.

On all characters. Although 3/6 can still use premium plugins, the rest are stuck and won't reload.

That means either access to the ProcessBlock is being prevented, or doesn't exist. I would quit mmoloader.exe, then verify in task manager that no instances of it are running, start it and log in. In any EQ session do: /mmologin

If that doesn't work, I would reboot, as it sounds like something got fubared in memory, e.g.

htw

This definitely still happens, oddly enough on only 1 of my 3 machines.
And it is random, sometimes it happens after 4 hours of AFK grinding, sometimes 24 hours.

Additionally trying to close mmoloader.exe and reopening it sometimes results in it working again, and sometimes it results in immediate "You have been logged out"
