The cop was actually on the way to a crime/whatever, crossed over into the production? im sure they are allowed to do that. the ?? Bumblebee driver prolly didnt look (as supposed to be a closed set) and went to fall in line with the other vehicles.... only instead of meeting the end of the line he got pwnd by the cop... (further known as the decepticon that pwnd BB)

idk its plauseable right? i guess even in the movies you should look both ways before turning into traffic!

That's basically what happened. The cop was a real cop (although the cynical part of my friends and I believe he was a frustrated wannabe actor trying to make the news), and the "official" story (that was reported on the news that night -- don't know if they've changed the story yet) was that the cop was responding to a call and crossed into the production without knowing because he was "on the wrong radio channel". They had to shut down production for a day and a half while they reviewed the safety protocols. But they resumed the other night and I got to see some cool "explosions" (fireworks).
