Rogue and Ranger bot macros

Looking for 2 simple macros, having a hard time with some of the bot macros I've found - simply want the rogue to assist my tank and ranger to simply assist and autofire - burns I prefer to do manually as well as buffs which is where most of my issues occur from the other macros. Any help / information would be helpful - pretty MQ2 handicap though lol
