Question about buying HoT

Stupid question. I am not at home and can log into chat from my phone.
I want to reactivate one of my old accounts with a bunch of Vet AA and get a frsh toon power leveled up so figure I will just buy HoT. My question is If I buy it now on that account will I get all of the previous expansions enabled today? Or will I not get them until Thule goes live?
