Puzzled

Saw this in /say during a raid tonight and it has me puzzled. It didn't look like an MQ2 command but I'd never seen anything used this way in straight EQ either.

XXXXX says, '<Name01> Blah Blah Blah </Name01>'

Almost looked like vB tags or HTML.

Other than obviously being some kind of broke hotkey that wasn't supposed to go to /say the way it did, anyone have a clue what it would be for?

Maybe a macro that forwards tells that went to the wrong channel.

Thats what I was thinking. Custom hotkey message? (The ones that are multicolored or have links in them) That somehow broke?
