I hit download and it gets stuck on Actortaginfo.txt it has not been able to pass that for about a month now. When it gets to that it just changes the cancel button to download and repeats itself? anyone know how to fix this?

That's an LoN file. Do a search for that file and delete it. Then look for any patch files in your everquest directory and delete them. Then run the patcher.
Alternately you can just delete the LoN folder and let it redownload all of it.

1) go into where you have eq folder in (c:\.....)
2) in eq folder find the icon that is called eqgame and make a shortcut on desktop
3) right click go to properties then click on shortcut tab
4) in target command line after the \eqgame.exe"
place the following command after the " Patchme
5) should look something like this when done ("C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\eqgame.exe" Patchme)
