I had some stuff get deleted from my external hard drive and and emptied the recycle bin. I didnt do it, but I need those files back. They are mostly pics and videos from when I was in the Desert and whatnot. Anyone have any suggestions or any software they can loan? I dont wanna pay these ppl 30-60$ for something I will only use once =/ thanks

Stella Phoenix Recovery works pretty well. I've used it a few times when my USB disk has corrupted.

You can usually find a cracked copy out there easy enough if the free version doesn't do what you want.
