SO since the update today the MQ won't load, gives a message about not matching game date.

I searched the forum looking for this question and the forums and in the FAQ, with no success.

How long does it usually take for them to release a compatible version after a patch like this?

Bugs is normally back up between 5 and 7 pm cst on patch days. Sometimes earlier, sometimes later.

Nice! DO we just need to update from current installed version or have to download a full new version?

can update by clicking "check for updates" when you right click on mmoloader on the taskbar, or it will check for updates when first opened.

oncw the compile is posted you will have to update, it all about the wait, today im itching as its a day off but that for me not the developerslol
