isnt this basically the same as m2qmastermind you can get at mq2site?
i think i read something about one suppose to be created to replace the other but mastermind is the only one i know that is maintained.

ive always used eqbc and just made hot keys on toons i wanted controlled and the one doing controlling for example /bc (toon name) //keypress (hotkeynumber)
