Well, because umm.. I had a few minutes, and a couple people in IRC were wanting it done.
Command added: /cecho
Uses INI: No
Same as /echo, except can use color escape sequences, e.g.:
/cecho \arHelp \ayME\at!!!\n\auNOW!!!
Also can use HTML color codes, e.g.:
/cecho \agThis \a#FF33FFis a test.
Unlike /echo, it does not automatically prefix the output with [MQ2]. You can add that (and in whatever color) you wish, by alias (for all of them), or in the command itself.
