MQ2AdvPath Improvement

dewey made a great addition to MQ2AdvPath over on the MQ2 boards. It'd be great if we could integrate it here.

MacroQuest - Login

It adds a /play best feature

If you have multiple paths in your ini, say:

lobby_1
lobby_2
lobby_3

and use the command /play best lobby

it will load all 3 and figure out which path point it's closest to and run the remainder of that path

FYI, all I did was grab dewey's from forum, and use that - per his request. dewey, if you have anything later at any time, and want it updated, you're welcome to post/attach it here (or better yet, click wiki discuss link and make wiki thread for it), and one of us will get it updated.

Hopefully folks where not used to using some of the other features that had been contributed. If so let me know which ones and I'll try to get the different versions merged
