Macroquest not injecting under Win10Enterprise

After having so much issues with Win7 and Innerspace, I decided to setup the system with Win10Enterprise. The first start went without crash for the first time ... but.... Macroquest does not inject.
Neither with a first start, nor after having all accounts up with "Injection" is MQ2 able to somehow connect. The menu is btw also superslow.

I added
- start as admin
- compatibility as Win7
- installed as pure clean new program
- Windows Defender and Fire wall completely disabled
- started without Innerspace/ISB -> no difference
- used new zip from MMOBugs site without changes -> no difference
- DX9 installed

nothing. It is the same config like on my other Win10 systems.
Any idea if something is different on Win10Enterprise to Win10Pro?

The system has been setup completely fresh. Only Chipset drivers and Nvidia drivers have been updated.

And another effect: I activate "autologin" and everytime it deactivates it from itself after loading a toon.

Addon: Redguides distribution works normal

Addon: Everquest complete new setup - without any changes -> no difference, no injection

Something MQ2 needs which Win10Enterprise does not have...

MQ2 requires Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 and .Net Framework 4.7.x installed. If MMOLoader is not injecting into EverQuest, or you are getting error popup about missing a DLL file, please use the link above and install the x86 and v4.7.x versions.
