Hey guys, I am trying to save some macros from here, and whenever I save them in notepad and put them in my macro folder they are .txt files. How can I save them as .mac files so that I can /mac in game? Once upon a time, I knew how to do this but for the life of me I can't figure it out now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Oh, and I tried to save it as randommacro.mac but it shows it as randommacro.mac.txt after.

Either rename it in explorer, or when saving from notepad where it shows below the filename for "Save as type", and has Text Documents (*.txt), change that to All Files (*.*), and save as blah.mac

htw

Use Notepad++ instead of Notepad, for one. Much better to write your macros in. I Notepad++ just do "save as" and finish the name with .mac and it will work fine.
