Don't see any threads on it yet (I'm surprised), so anyone wanna talk about their take on the details of EQN reveal?

Environment Destructibility: I'm worried about them finding that balance between destructibility and permanence. On the one hand, I want the environment to change, but on the other hand, I want it to be realistically reliable. I would hate for an area to look different every time I go to it. I don't want tunnels popping up here and there and everywhere. I wish they would have pacified those worries a little bit more during the reveal.

Rally Calls: I hope the rally call cities are as dynamic as they imply. I hope there's not just one way for the city to be built, and it's not just a matter of the players doing the questing to get it done. I would love to see cities have a realistic chance of failing. It would be exhilarating to see an army mounting outside of the city with loads of players gathering to defend that same day.

EQNLandscape: I know some buildings can "win" their way over to EQN. I'm hoping that we see this being used to build Rally Call cities--I'd really love to see the players have meaningful roles in creating the uniqueness of Rally Call cities. Heck, I'd even go so far as to say that certain players could be tasked with being head managers for the design of cities (we have all seen amazing minecraft cities--people like that). I'm not sure if that last part is realistic, but maybe something to entertain the thought of.

Combat: From the parts I saw, they said very little about combat. I wasn't left with a very nice impression from what I saw in the reveal. I don't want it to seem like a console adventure game in regards to combat.

They said that the world after battles would self-heal after a certain amount of time. No worries about permanent change just from a single combat, otherwise I'm sure there would be griefers going around just leveling the entire game until we're left with this flat plain of rubble.

With them releasing the dev tools to the general public, I'm anticipating a massive amount of control as far as cities go. This will be a crafters/graphic artists' wet dream.

Hope so too!

Just so you know, this is being released on the PS4 as well, so in many ways, it is a console adventure game =P

Static it has not been confirmed to be released on PS4, unless you have a source for that.

Speculation is not confirmation and it should not be treated as such.

I am not disagreeing that it 'MAY' be coming to PS4, but at this time it is not confirmed. That's all. I hope it does. But it's not their focus right now, and they have not confirmed it.

No amount of speculation will change that. An announcement by SOE is the only thing that will.
