Figured id post this here as someone might have an answer for me. As of recently when i go to log in all the graphics are jittery and if i actully get past the char select screen and log in everything moves fast. i dont have anything running mmo wise and this issue hasnt been happening in any other programs or games. any ideas!

Every time I have heard something like this it was related to multi-core CPU and affinity or something like that. Hopefully that will give you a place to look.
oddly enough here was the solution, i have been testing a few overclocks on my pc. had it set at 4.5, had run prime95 and intelburn test all good, everquest was the only time i noticed an issue, lowered and everything is fine
If you have your system overclocked and you're having issues, the first suspect should be the overclocked hardware.
