Eq hot keys

I used to have a hotkey that popped all my burn AA. I do not have it anymore since returning. How would I set this back up? Is there a place to find the numbers that correspond to the AA?
An old friend help me set my old one up so no clue on setting the pauses etc...

I use silent casting
fury of kerafyrm
Second spire
Twincast (I hit last)
Arcanum line
Prolonged destruction
I also toss in fury of ro but honestly don't think it stacks

I need to know how to start and the pauses, I can figure out the rest.

etc

With MQ2 you can do /pause 2s in EQ 2s would be /pause 20

/alt act 494 (silent casting)
/alt act 759 (fury of kerafyrm)
/alt act 1351(2nd spire)
/alt act 515 (improved twincast aa)
Arcanum line google it depending what u have
/alt act 452 (Prolonged destruction)

most aa unlike spell casting are instant so dont need a pause
