Default level range for /who

I've noticed that the default level range for /who is 0-100. Is it possible to change this (either in the compile, or an .ini setting)? With RoF, there are NPCs that are higher than 100, and it would be nice to have them included by default. Currently, I'm having to add a level range parameter to my searches.

Seems /target does the same thing. Default level range of 0-100.

We have a fix for this already, it just wasn't enough to warrant a full release yet.

Hopefully we can get the rest of the crashing problems fixed, then it will be released with that.
