Cannot send bug reports

I'm sorry if this is posted elsewhere, but I've been getting crash to desktops every 10 mins or so. Then I click Send Report and it comes back with the following error: "Upload Error: The remote server returned an error: 227 Entering Passive Mode (199, 193, 119, 206, 135, 34)". I don't know what any of that means, all I know is since the last patch I've been getting crashes every several minutes.

I made an adjustment to the new server, let me know if that fixes it for you guys.
