Cannot Fade/succor while hovering.....

I keep getting this msg does anyone know why its happening?

I don't know coding, but I do know it's because your dead. The server is saying your dead and your trying to tell it to evac. From what I understand, the /succor and /fade commands work on the same principle the actual evac spells do.
