blocked buff advice

Which are the too slow acting healing spells that I should be blocking on my tank & melee dudes at L105? Right now I've got promised rehabilitation blocked. Any others? The merc healers are kinda slow at times. Once in a while my puller or tank dies before I can get my chanty to mez adds due to slow heals. Even when I run 2 merc healers.
