Alchemy Question

Hello fellow Alchemist brother and sisters!

I've searched all the lore at my disposal and the only thing I have had trouble finding a recipe for this alchemy recipe for a damage shield potion. I forgot what it was called, but how can i make them for my alts on the progression server?

Are you referring to Skinspikes? and if so what level are you trying to make? EQ Traders Corners has a bunch of receipes. Hope this helps.

distillate of skinspikes or kilva's skin of lava/flame (iirc that was the exact spelling, but unsure if the latter's available still)
