Buff line in .ini not firing.

This just started today. all my other lines in the .ini fire. my heals heal, my pet summons a pet, my dps dps'. but everything in the buff line doesnt fire. any idea why this would be?

i havent change anything in my .inis and it started on all 4 of my boxes today.

That looks like a Kissassist or Muleassist ini fragment - not likely to find any help here as they are not supported.
