They still strict on boxing toons?

They allow IP exemptions for multi user households but they check very rigorously and they are anti-mq as well. If they catch you boxing or using MQ they ban you by your eqemu username, is my understanding.

I just started playing on it or I'd help you out Spunge. Trying to get my housemates interested in playing but the not quite classicness of it is irritating one of them. Also the assholes on the server are turning both of them off to playing.
