Wizard Ports

Anyone know where to get the RoF ports? Are the VoA ones researchable now? Alla doesnt have anything up, and Rasper doesn't do anything anymore, so i have no idea where else to look!

Portal Spells
◦ Wizard and Druid portal spells are bought from Magus Burlshin in Shard's Landing. He's found at the crystal druid ring a short distance from the zone-in in the southeastern valley. (These aren't visible by default. Need info. about unlocking them.)

The guess seems to be that you have to do the Magus's quests to unlock the spells. Need more info on that!
