I haven't logged in since the patch (been working on trying to get my UI updated), but I have a question about WickedSpeed detection with this "see people's buffs" thing. MQ2faerune would add the buff icon to your short term buff window, could the same be done for selos? Would it be seen? You wouldn't need the effect (obviously), but if it could be placed there so people could see it, it'd make detection a lot harder.

Don't know it it's possible, just thought I'd ask.

No, it woult not be seen by other people. It is entirely client side.
