Turn off stuff in INI

So quick question, I was told that when you /bot on and you see the stuff in the run list window.

It shows the following:

Aggro0:Explosion of Spite V
Aggro1:Explosion of Hatred VI
Aggro2:Ageless Enmity V
Aggro3rojections of Doom III
Aggro4:Mindless Hatred
Aggro5:Stream of Hatred IV
Aggro6:Veil of Darkness II
Aggro7:Terror of Kra`Du
Aggro8:Terror of Narus Rk. II
Aggro9:Refute for Power
Aggro10isgust Rk. II

So i want to turn off Aggro 5. I typed in below the [MQ2Melee]

Aggro5=Stream of Hatred IV
AggroIf5=0

It isn't working, any ideas?
