Kill boss, during the fight he'll throw up a silence aura, coordinate your burn period with when this goes down usually. Casts a close range pbae with the emote "prepares to unleash his fury at the mortals by his feet" or something, easy to avoid by backing up.
As the fight progresses rubble starts to fall from the sky, watch for emotes about shadows going over you, move to avoid getting hit by the rubble, the rocks land and slowly degrade but also have a small ae dot, just avoid the rocks on the ground, pretty easy to do.
When Brekt gets down to ~35% he start's DT waves. This is pretty much your only hurdle to this event, as he casts two different DT's and it's important not to use group cures because you'll end up killing people with it.
Demitrus you do NOT cure, doom you DO cure.
Demitrus has a decent duration, doom has a really short duration. Do the best you can with curing this, will really depend on how well people are paying attention and are quick with correct cure calls.
