Does the real life name on the accounts have to match to transfer a toon from one account to another? I know the last time I transferred a toon there was a way around this but since the ftp launch I'm sure things are different.

Can't speak to after the F2P but prior to that the names don't matter.

As long as you have enough information to verify the account you're fine.

Again, no idea how F2P may have affected that.
