Starting today when I hit attack button about a 4 to 5 second lag spike

There are a few issues ive had out of the blue (ie., I didnt patch or change anything), one of them is when I hit attack I get a massive lag spike, I tried unloading melee plugin, bot plugin, map, moveutils, not running any macros and still screen freezes up a few seconds.

The other one seems to be with moveutils, there was a recent post that showed the pic of the spam i been seeing as well.

I was using bot mac and bot plugin just fine till late last nite and have no idea where to begin to trouble shoot.

Was leary of updating MMO after 1st few posts, however after updating it seems to be working fine, thought id share.
