Stacking Issues

I have having problems with spells and abilities being cast that only get blocked by existing buffs. This was never a problem until recently. Could someone take a look and get his resolved?

For example, jboots which are set up to be cast if the jboots buff isn't there, and if it stacks... But gets blocked by spirit of Bi'Li... It will repeatedly get cast over and over again.

I believe there was some spell stacking changes in MQ2Main recently. If you can get a list of what is clashing, I'll pass it onto EQMule.

Some that I have noticed outwardly....

JBoots and Spirit of Bi'Li...
Shield of Arcane and the clicky effect on the Darkened Breath of Harmony...

So it seems it's item buff checks not working correctly for stacking?

What are you using to cast item buffs?

Illusions, probably any illusion does not stack with Pact of the Wurine V according to MQ2. Which is not true, it does stack. What it does not stack with is Pact of the Wurine Form, which is casted along with it and can be separately blocked. This has happened and been fixed and happens again after a month or two. I've just taken to not buffing Pact of Wurine. Would rather my beastlord looks like a gnome than have all really useful benefits of that buff lol
