What are you using when it goes off? My guess is that you probably have mq2melee kicking it off.

I think there's an individual option for it, so it'd be something like

/melee harmshield=0

I meant to say HarmTouch not Harmshield. i went in ini and melee still do not see it I am using Melee mq2
