General question, that I can't seem to find an answer to. Does anyone know where I can purchase the Rk. II spells for my beastlord and magician?

If you mean VoA the answer is ... result of a quest. Buy XXXX Alarian Cantrips and turn them into an NPC in beast.

Most rank II spells for 75 - 85 can not be bought via vendor. Some are located on faction vendors. For the ones not located on those vendors you can either purchase them in the bazaar or else look on alla's to see where they drop and start hunting in those zones.

Research should get you most of them. If you don't have it, make some friends that do.
