Question plugin manager help

having some troubles with /pm and /pm show not working and pulling up the plugin manager in game. this is only happening on one character. others it works perfectly fine, not sure what the problem is if anyone has ideas? have tried reloading mq2, exiting completely. deleting the toons files. and yes I have looked for a minimized pm on screen under everything. nowhere to be found

Maybe it's off the screen for some reason.
1) Unload the plugin: /plugin mq2pluginman unload
2) Open in your MQ2 directory: MQ2PluginMan.ini
3) Find your [server.char] section for the problem toon, and delete that entire section, and save file.
4) Load the plugin: /plugin mq2pluginman
5) If necessary (it tells you): /reloadui
