ToB Pally and Shaman BP and pretty much any targetable non group restrictive right click items can be cast on a toon of any lvl regardless of the spell lvl.

In case that confused anyone I will Clarify. ToB pally BP casts a lvl 68 tick heal, that you can click that on a lvl 1 toon.

Dont know if this helps anyone but have fun PL'rs.

As a similar point, the bard weapon clicks from time and tacvi will also work on low level characters Nice to get the haste flowing

Doesn't seem to work with the cleric ToB BP

I think like all 2.0's that have a group effect work at lvl 1, shaman 2.0 works I know that, probably same with sk epic. So yea invite click disband.
